Dan Zaltzman | Director
Dan has been with Logan Sports Marketing since 2007 and is responsible for the overall management and development of the sponsorship division of the business.
He has successfully negotiated, managed and delivered sponsorship campaigns for EMC, 188BET, Tag Heuer, Highland Spring and King of Shaves. As a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, his extensive marketing knowledge is used to help create integrated sponsorship solutions and develop brand strategy for clients.
Dan spent 10 years as a professional rugby player at Saracens, Bedford, Leicester and Worcester. After injury led to retirement, he transferred his strong leadership and team management skills from the rugby pitch to the business world. Dan gained experience as a key member of the Worcester Warriors senior management team and, as Head of Marketing, helped to build the club into one of the most commercially successful clubs in the Premiership.
“I’ve never been one to sit back and watch and I find being a spectator a challenge,” says Dan. “Since retiring from rugby I’ve tried numerous other sports and challenges to throw myself into. Away from the business I regularly cycle, swim, row and visit the gym. I enjoy them all but none have managed to replace the enjoyment I had when playing rugby, so the search continues… shin kicking anyone?”
